Biography Overview

Lisa McNary is dedicated to serving injured individuals in their pursuit of justice. As a trial lawyer, she has the ability to stand up for her clients and ensure their access to justice. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, she advocated for victims of crime as a prosecutor. She specialized in crimes of domestic violence, vehicular homicide, and animal cruelty. Her trial experience and passion for justice make her a great resource and advocate for her clients.

Ms. McNary grew up in Orlando, Florida, and moved to Atlanta to attend college. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emory University and is a cum laude graduate of Georgia State University’s College of Law. It was in law school when she realized she would dedicate her career to seeking justice for those harmed by the actions of others. Law school also fueled her desire to become a skilled trial attorney. As a member of the mock trial team, Lisa competed as an advocate in multiple national competitions and helped her team win a national championship in the American Bar Association’s Arbitration competition. In addition to being a committed advocate for her clients, she serves on the Board of Directors of the International Women’s House (IWH). IWH is a shelter and safe-haven for immigrant women and children escaping domestic violence. Ms. McNary is devoted to linking domestic violence survivors to necessary services and resources to improve their futures. She also serves as a mock trial coach at Georgia State’s College of Law, where she teaches trial advocacy skills to law students.
