Biography Overview

Kevin J. Madonna is a partner in the law firm of Kennedy & Madonna, LLP and works of counsel for Morgan & Morgan.

Mr. Madonna specializes in complex environmental and consumer litigation matters in federal and state courts throughout the United States.

Prior to private practice, he served as Executive Director for the Waterkeeper Alliance, the umbrella organization for the 125 Riverkeeper programs operating throughout North, Central and South America, Europe and Australia. He also has worked with the University of Chicago National Opinion Research Center, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, United Nations Environment Programme, United States Environmental Protection Agency, and the State of New Jersey Office of the Environmental Prosecutor.

Among Mr. Madonna’s published works are The Wolf in North America: Defining International Ecosystems vs. Defining International Boundaries, 10 Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law (1995) and A Chronicle of Federal Environmental Law, 13 Pace Environmental Law Review 1331 (1997).

Mr. Madonna earned a Juris Doctorate and Environmental Law Certificate from Pace University School of Law in 1995 where he served as Research and Writing Editor for the Pace Environmental Law Review.
