Biography Overview
James Lynch has been a personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan, P.A. for 10 years and has tried more than 30 jury trials in his tenure at the firm. Mr. Lynch has obtained positive jury results in both premises liability cases and automobile negligence cases.
Prior to working at Morgan & Morgan, P.A., he worked for an insurance defense law firm, and this experience has assisted him with his negotiation skills with insurance companies and defense lawyers.
Mr. Lynch attended the University of Central Florida and obtained a Finance degree in 1993. He also played baseball for UCF in 1991 and 1992 and was the team captain for the 1992 season. He attended DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2000.
Mr. Lynch is married with three children, and attends church at First United Methodist Church in Orlando. He also involved in community activities such as Little League Baseball.
