Biography Overview

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 21, 1961. Practiced as a defense lawyer for 20 years and now I represent the people who have been wrongly injured due to medical malpractice.

Mr. Stevens has been honored with the prestigious “AV rating” by Martindale-Hubbell, the preeminent national publication in the legal field. This rating is based upon evaluations by other lawyers and is the highest ranking attainable by an attorney for ability and ethics in the practice of law. It is a distinction reserved for a select few in the legal community.

In 2007, the Florida Bar named Mr. Stevens as a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, a distinction given to less than 2% of all attorneys practicing in the State of Florida. This certification is the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar in the area of Civil Trial Litigation.
