Biography Overview

A Florida native, Ms. Laderman moved to Orlando in 2003 to start her legal career as a trial attorney. She practiced for almost three years with the Office of the Public Defender in Orange County, Florida, handling jury trials, non-jury trials, and numerous motion hearings; she was named “Rookie of the Year” in 2004.

Ms. Laderman started her civil litigation practice in 2006, and has tried and mediated a wide variety of commercial and corporate litigation issues for both large and small companies, including, but not limited to, construction, contracts, collection, employment, automobile dealership issues, insurance defense, personal injury, property damages and general civil litigation.

She served as staff legal counsel for two international insurance companies, litigating claims on commercial lines policies for small and large corporations.Now, she is taking that extensive experience with the insurance industry and using it to help you.

Ms. Laderman has been honored with the prestigious “AV rating” by Martindale-Hubbell, the preeminent national publication in the legal field since 2009. This rating is based upon evaluations by other lawyers in our state, and is the highest ranking attainable by an attorney for ability and ethics in the practice of law. It is a distinction reserved for a select few in the legal community. She has also been recognized as one of the 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2016 Florida Rising Stars by Super Lawyers.

Ms. Laderman is admitted to practice before the State Courts of Florida, and is a Supreme Court of Florida Certified Mediator for Circuit and County Court Mediation. She is also trained in Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediations. Her practice areas include Alternative Dispute Resolution, Personal Injury Protection Claims, Property Damage Claims, along with other areas of personal injury.

In her free time she enjoys photography, painting, spending time with her family, and Disney.
